All Returns

  1. In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (fancy!), we offer you the right to cancel your oder within 14 days, or, to return items to us for within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
  2. We'll take this opportunity to draw your attention to our Terms of Trade Policy that resides over here.  Sehr important! Aside from the fact you'll have studied our Terms and Conditions in detail already, we find points: 8. Pre-Orders; 10. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods; 13-16 covering Returns and Cancellations and 17. Giveaway and Free Goods particularly . . . pertinent.
  3. Please notify us via the My Order if you want to return an item. (If you've come on here looking for how to cancel an order you can use that form too – you may want to have a word with yourself first though. Have a little read on cancellations here. Point 'lucky No.13' gives some more details.)
  4. Pre-ordered non-standard size / colour Goods or customised Goods are non-refundable as stated on the Product page. 
  5. Original postage costs will not be refunded.
  6. Your order number, name and address must be included in the returned parcel so we know who sent it back.
  7. Return postage costs are not refundable
  8. Goods must be in their original re-saleable condition.  This means any tags and packaging must be intact, and items must not have been used, worn, marked, altered or washed. Think of it like if you were trying it on in a shop. That's fine . . . going down the pub in it isn't. 
  9. All goods will be inspected on return.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if there are any signs of use / wear, marking / damage, alterations, or washing. They need to look like they’d sit freshly in a shop again. Any kind of spillage or worn look just won't cut it.
  10. If you return an entire order, any missing items (including any free items) will be deducted from the refund. 
  11. Please Note: Returned items are your responsibility until they get back to us. We recommend items be well packaged and returned using an insured service. This is for your protection, as no refunds or exchanges will be given for Goods lost, missing or damaged during shipping.
  • We will let You know if Goods arrived damaged or with items missing.
  • If you let Us know when to expect Goods, We will contact You within 15 working days of the expected delivery date if they have not arrived.
  • If Goods that You return that become lost, missing or damaged missing during shipping, it is Your reponsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges (UK, Europe, Worldwide)

  1. If that t-shirts a bit snug, or you wish you'd gone for another colour, or if there's any other reason you would like to exchange your item (other than sale items [excluding product launch sale prices] reduced or promotional period Goods) please contact us via the My Order form and follow the returns guidance above, alongside the information in this exchanges section.
  2. Please wait until we confirm your exchange request, including if the item you wish to exchange for is in stock and / or to discuss alternatives, before sending items back to us.
  3. If you’re happy to proceed with your exchange, shipping costs will apply to have the item sent to you. We will email you to let you know how to pay.
  4. If a suitable item is not available for exchange, you will be refunded for your item, you will be refund your item minus shipping costs within 14 days of returning the goods to us.
  5. Once we have received your parcel back, and we've cast our eyes over it to deem it's acceptable for exchange, we will process your request. It can take up to 14 days to process an exchange, but we promise to pull our fingers out and do it as quickly as possible though.
  6. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  7. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.
  8. If you're getting a refund due to exchange items not being in stock it will be issued to the original payment method.
  9. Please Note: We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the post – we recommend items are returned securely packaged with an insured service for your protection.

Refunds (UK, Europe, Worldwide)

(a) If for any reason you are unhappy with Your Goods (other than sale, reduced or promotional period Goods, some pre-ordered items or customised items), in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, we offer you the right to cancel Your Order and return The Goods to Us for a refund.

  1. Please enter the reasons for your refund on the My Order form and follow the returns guidance above.
  2. All goods are inspected before a refund is issued.  We retain the right to refuse a refund for worn, used, damaged or washed items as explained in the returns information above.
  3. Accepted returns will only be refunded the cost of the returned goods.
  4. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  5. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.
  6. All Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving, and accepting, your returned items.
  7. Please Note: Returned items are your responsibility until they get back to us. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the post – we recommend items be returned with an insured service for your protection.

Faulty Item Returns (UK, Europe, Worldwide)

  1. Firstly, if you believe an item you receive is faulty, please contact us via the My Order form with a description of your issue before you send it back to us.
  2.  Whilst we will do our best to help and make sure you’re happy, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund of a defective item.  We may require photos along with any description you provide.  Some natural variations are expected / acceptable across garments and screen prints.  This is part of the manufacturing process, inline with industry standards and is not always considered a fault.
  3. Where we accept your item is faulty, exchanges and refunds are processed as detailed in the relevant section above. Please scroll back up and have a read of them if you've not already.
  4. Returned items are your responsibility until they get back to us.  No refunds or exchanges will be given for items lost or damaged during shipping. We will contact you if an item arrives damaged, or in the instance of a missing parcel, within 15 working days of its expected delivery date.
  5. For missing or damaged items, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
  6. Replacement (UK, Europe & Worldwide): You won’t receive a refund of the original shipping charges because we'll be sending the replacement back out to you, of course, free of extra charge. 
  7. Refund (UK only):  Original shipping and handling charges only refundable if the entire order is returned.  We will refund you up to £6.00 for the original and return P&P (combined).  Please include or email us a postage receipt.
  8. Refund (Europe & Worldwide):  Unfortunately, at this time, we aren’t able to refund any shipping costs for parcels delivered to non-UK addresses.
  9. All Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving, and accepting, your faulty items for refund.
